Obituary of Susan Sutherland

Susan Starr Sutherland, 94, passed away of congestive heart failure on Sunday, March 14, 2010 while residing at Sanctuary at Bellbrook in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Sue was born on October 21, 1915 in Springfield, Ohio to her parents, Helen and Edison Starr. She met and married the love of her life, Jim Sutherland, and they hoped to celebrate their 70th anniversary this year. She is survived by her loving mate, Jim, their 4 children, Linda, Barbara, Bob and Debbie and their mates, 9 grandchildren and their mates, and 10 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held for family and friends at Sanctuary at Bellbroook on Saturday, March 27 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations be made to Seasons Hospice or American Red Cross, Michigan Chapter.
