Obituary of Albert Walter Ansted

Age 90. Loving husband of the late Phyllis. Dear father of Quinn, Autumn, Dawn and Holly. Beloved brother of Phillip. Uncle of John.

Albert was a very active man. He instituted the special education program in the Ann Arbor school system. Also, Albert loved to ski. Along with being a certified ski instructor and a national rated ski racer, he founded the Central Professional Ski Instructors of America. He also served in the Coast Guard during WW II, participating in combat missions in the Aleutian Islands.
