Beulah L. Carrier, age 86, November 29, 2022, of Waterford. Beloved wife of the late Wilbur. Loving mother of Linda Russell, Susan Jelinek, Julie (Greg) Smith) and the late Douglas. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Beulah loved shopping and being involved in her church, the Maranatha Baptist Church.
