Zabor, Beverly Age 96 of Northville, loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, died peacefully November 9, 2012. Born September 18, 1916, in Cleveland, OH, Beverly attended Hiram College where she met her husband, J. William (Bill) Zabor, who preceded her in death in 1994. She and Bill lived in eight states during their 54-year marriage. Their longest residencies were in Mt. Lebanon, PA; Grosse Ile, MI; Barrington, IL; and Northville, MI. For many years Beverly was deeply involved in Christian education programs of the churches she belonged to. Beverly loved golf, bridge, travel, and reading. She is survived by her three children, Barbara (Albert) Glover of Northville, Stephen (Kathryn Craig) of Hiram, OH, and Douglas (Magda Schijff) Zabor of Chapel Hill, NC; seven grandchildren, Scott (Charlotte) Bassin, Valerie (Chris) Haslett, Ben, Emily, Luke, Rien, and Drew Zabor; and five great-grandchildren. Family and friends will miss her lively wit and loving spirit. A memorial service is planned at 11 AM on December 27th at Hiram Christian Church in Hiram, Ohio.
