Obituary of Catherine Doreen Czaja

Catherine Doreen Czaja, age 88, of Lighthouse Point, FL formerly of Fraser, MI. Died January 14th . WWII (England) bride of the late Harry (1996). Dear Mother of Brian (Pat), Christine (Kerry) Lewandowski, Gary and Dale. Grandmother of 5 grandsons, Rick (Dawn), Keith (Susi) Czaja, Ryan (Laura), Eric (Karen) Helme, Jason (Laura) Lewandowski and one step-granddaughter JoDee (John) Salisbury. Also survived by 11 great grandchildren. In Birmingham, England she is survived by two loving sisters, Peggy Paintain and Joan Hector.

Catherine died with her family around her after a 5 year battle with dementia. She devoted her whole life to caring for all of her family. She was greatly loved and will be missed dearly by all.

Arrangements by the Cremation Society of Michigan. There will be a private memorial at Christian Memorial Cemetery, Rochester Hills, MI. in the Spring where her remains will be kept along side her husband. Memorial contributions suggested to either Alzheimer's Association or Vitas Hospice in FL.
