Obituary of Christopher Bowerman

BOWERMAN, CHRISTOPHER Age 34. Died July 11, 2016 in Detroit, MI of complications due to diabetes. Beloved son of Donald and Marilyn Bowerman and the late Brenda Moore. Christopher faced many challenges in life from dealing with Attention Deficit Disorder as a child, to developing Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder as a teenager, which kept him from realizing his potential. He remained upbeat and never complained. The final blow was the diabetes that claimed his too short life. His family is grateful for the care and assistance that he received throughout his life from teachers, coaches, mental health care professionals, social workers, group home workers, doctors, nurses, EMTs, and corrections officers. No memorial service is planned.
