It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Cynthia S. Klepacz, age 72, of Onsted, MI. She passed away on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. She was born June 2, 1953, in Toledo, OH to the late Richard Stickley & LaDonna (Couturier) Shane.
Cynthia was a graduate of Maumee High School. She worked as a waitress, a beauty consultant for Jafra makeup, and owned a cement figurine business with Judy Clark that they did for many years. Most of all, she was the Best Damn Homemaker there every was! She had a smile that would light up a room and a distinctive & contagious laugh that was known by everyone that knew her.
On April 11, 1981, she married Mark Klepacz, and they moved to Delta, OH. Cindy was a Loving Mother, Daughter, Aunt & Grandma who loved to spend time on Sand Lake, enjoyed family gatherings, listening to music, going to concerts, and going on adventures. Her hobbies were cross stitching and making gifts for her family.
She is survived by her daughters, Carey Klepacz (Jason Vogel), Cassie (Tony) Johnston, and Casey Klepacz (Joshua Brown); grandchildren, Jaymes Brown & Evan Johnston; brother, Dana (Lisa) Shane; sisters-in-law, Sue Stickley & Kathy Klepacz; brothers-in-law, Kevin (Ellen) Klepacz and Ray (Jen) Klepacz; nieces and nephews, Jason (Kerry) Klepacz, Mike (Ania) Klepacz, Lindey (Rick) Kline, Samantha (Dallas) Steele, Shawn (Shelby Richardson) Stickley, Jessica Klepacz, Zach (Addie) Shane, and Zoe Shane; along with great nieces and nephews. Cindy was preceded in death by her husband, Mark Klepacz; her parents Richard Stickley and LaDonna (Richard) Shane; her brothers, Richard, Steven, and Gary Stickley; her in-laws, Delvin & Genevieve Klepacz; her brother-in-law, Alan Klepacz; and nephews, Thaddeus Klepacz and Ryan Stickley.
A Celebration of Life will be held in May or June of 2026. Details will be posted on Cynthia’s Facebook page.
