Finzel, Edith H.

Age 98, of Roseville, passed away Monday, January 31, 2022. Born October 18, 1923, to the late Josef and Maria Theresia Rinderknecht in Stuttgart, Germany. Beloved wife of the late Carl Otto Frank Finzel. Dear mother of Karen Duncan, the late Dennis (Dorene), and Gary (Linda); grandmother of Christina (predeceased), Scott, Bryan (Carissa), Cindy (Joel) Brillant; great-grandmother of Sara, Carter, Ashton; great-great-grandmother of Emilia Genova; and sister of the late Ralph Rinderknecht.

Edith was a wonderful cook and homemaker for her family, and loved gardening. Fun loving in spirit, she most enjoyed the company of friends and relatives, gatherings, and always a good game of pinochle.

Edith loved her pets, and they knew they were loved, always finding with her a warm lap to curl up on.
