Edward B. LaPlante, age 81, February 16, 2011. Loving husband of Lucille. Father of Lynn LaPlante, Lenore Decker and Janice (Mike) Castonia. Grandfather of Jenny, Danielle, Lauren and Leah. Brother of James (June) LaPlante. Survived by many nieces, newphews, family and friends. A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 2011, at 10:30 am, at Guandian Angels Catholic Church, 581 E. Fourteen Mile Rd., Clawson, MI 48017. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Bishop Foley Scholarship Fund.
