Obituary of Eileen M. McCallum

Eileen M., McCallum, age 88, November 27, 2011. She is survived by a sister Marion Nania (Miami, FL), son Bob (Livonia), daughter Diane (Petoskey), granddaughter Melissa Weatherwax (Omaha) and many beloved great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent.

Born in Lakewood, Ohio, Eileen lived in Cleveland until 1956 when she came to Detroit. She worked for the U.S. Coast Guard in Cleveland and Detroit and was a bookkeeper and office worker in many places until retirement in the 1990s. Eileen loved boating and was active in the Coast Guard Auxiliary. In later years, she enjoyed traveling by RV.
