Harold Aloysius Brown Born in Mt. Clemens Michigan August 22, 1923; Joined the Lord on April 2, 2010

Harold A. Brown was the beloved husband of Bernice R. (Dust) for 64 years. He was born to Blanche & Henry, raised, married and attended St. Mary's School all in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. He was predeceased by a sister (Mary) and 2 brothers (Henry & Ben). Very much loved father of David, Karen (Supert) and Debbie (Robert Reilly);"Bump" as he was very endearingly referred to by his 5 Grandchildren Brian (Lisa), Kevin (Kristin), Jessica (Gamal Ahmed), Christopher (Supert) and Michael (Brown) and 5 Great Grandchildren Lauren & Emma (Reilly), Peyton, Holdin & Brek (Reilly) and Aidan (Supert).

He worked as a Chemist for 37 years at Jones & Laughlan Steel in Warren and retired with Bernice to Florida in 1979. After retirement he continued to work part-time until he was 80 years old. After living in Florida for 10 years, they returned to Michigan to be with their family and have resided in Rochester Hills since.

In his later years was he able to experience the joy of some travel; Cruised to Alaska, Hawaii and the Caribbean also visited California, Arizona and Scotland twice. His trips to Scotland were in conjunction with the Society of Schoolboys who Harold served as Provost for 17 years. The Society of Schoolboys is a Brotherhood of men who celebrate life and friendship through the vehicle of golf. In Lieu of flowers family suggests donations to the charity of your choice.
