Obituary of Jeremy "Shin" Hieftje

Jeremy Shinichi Hieftje, beloved son of Donald & Yoshimi, loving brother to Robert, Sherri and Patti, passed away at home on Wednesday April 1, 2015.

Shin was a 2013 graduate of University of Michigan and while there worked at Michigan Daily, the University's major newspaper. He later worked as an intern writer for Game Informer magazine in Minneapolis early in 2014.

His memorial service (Celebration of Life) will be held at First Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Ann Arbor (UUAA, 4001 Ann Arbor-Saline Rd Ann Arbor, MI 48103) on Saturday April 11, 2015.

Gathering starts at 1:00 p.m. Service starts at 2:00 p.m..
