Sarver (Green), Judith Ann. We mourn with profound sadness the passing of Judie (Green) Sarver on November 19, after a most courageous battle with cancer. Judie, survived by her daughter Justine Leah, her six siblings, and many nieces and nephews, was the most devoted and loving mother, daughter, sister, and aunt. Dedicated to her family, friends, students, social justice and to many arts the art of loving, helping, teaching and creating in many mediums including pottery, creative movement, photography and experiencing nature through her amazing eyes. An athlete, dancer, coach and teacher in Windsor, at Wayne County Community College, and in the Berkley Public Schools, Judie dedicated her life to educating and helping others. Services will be held on Saturday, December 3 at 11 am, at the Birmingham Unitarian Church. 38651 Woodward Avenue, Bloomfield Hills, MI. Those who wish can make gifts in her memory to Detroit Dance Collective, P.O. Box 3012, Farmington Hills, MI 48333-3012 in lieu of flowers.
