Katherine Simone Gee

Katherine Simone Gee, 85, of Waterford, Michigan, passed away on February 24, 2026. She was born on August 20, 1940, to Joel and Jewel (Evans) Simmons.

She is lovingly remembered and survived by her children, Kenneth Gee, Jonathan (Lois) Gee, and Linda Gee; and grandchildren, William, Brianna, Jonathan, Delilah, and Lilliana. Her family was her pride and joy, and she dedicated herself to supporting them with all her heart.

Katherine was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 47 years, Kenneth R. Gee; and her parents, Joel and Jewel Simmons

A memorial service to honor Katherine's beautiful life will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026, at The Rivers Church - Waterford, 3411 Airport Road, Waterford Township, MI 48329. Family and friends are invited to gather for a visitation at 1 pm, with the memorial service beginning at 2 pm. This will be a time to celebrate Katherine's life, share fond memories, and offer comfort to one another as we remember her enduring spirit and kindness.

Katherine's gentle presence and generous nature will be deeply missed, but her love and the memories she created will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
