Keith Daniel Marsh, 93, of Clinton Township, Michigan, passed away on February 2, 2026. He was born on June 22, 1932, in Petoskey, Michigan, to Roland and Gladys (Jones) Marsh. Keith was raised in his beloved town of Harbor Springs, Michigan, which he visited all his life.
Keith lived a life defined by creativity, curiosity, and dedication to both his work and his family. He was first married to Gloria April, and together they raised three daughters: Michelle Miller, April Armstrong, and Jennifer Valley. During that time he became a Jehovah's Witness and served as an elder in the congregation for many years. In 1969, Keith married Diana Jo Larsen, and they welcomed their daughter, Pamela Marsh.
After raising four daughters, Keith found great joy in welcoming his “spiritual” son, John Hefner, into his life. Keith took John under his wing, and the two formed a lasting bond under the hood of a car. Their shared love of mechanics and working on automobiles was a source of pride, purpose, and countless memories.
Keith worked as a Design Engineer for Holly Carburetor, where his talent and ingenuity earned him several patents. He took great pride in his work and in the contributions, he made through his designs.
Outside of his career, Keith was a true artist. He loved to paint and found joy in gifting family and friends’ portraits of their pets, peaceful landscapes, and ships sailing across open seas. His artwork reflected the care and thoughtfulness he showed to those he loved.
Keith is survived by his wife, Diana Jo Marsh; his daughters Michelle Miller, April Armstrong, Jennifer Valley, and Pamela Marsh; his granddaughter, Melanie; his great-granddaughter, Blakely; his spiritual son, John Hefner; and his sister, Nancy Heller.
