KRISTEN COURTNEY EVERS Grosse Pointe Farms resident Kristen Courtney Evers, 54, passed away suddenly July 12. She was born March 8, 1964 in Royal Oak, Michigan to Richard and Joanne Courtney. She grew up in Ann Arbor Michigan, graduating from Huron High School in 1982 and Miami University in 1986. She was predeceased by her father, Richard. She is survived by her children, Mitchell and Paige Evers, mother, Joanne Courtney, sister, Pam Montgomery (Bob), former husband, Ronald Evers, all of Grosse Pointe Farms, nephews, Rob Montgomery of Los Angeles, CA and Austin Montgomery of New York, NY, aunt and uncle, Marcia and David Courtney of Naples, FL and five cousins. Kris will be deeply missed by all who loved her. A service is not planned at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a tribute fund in her name for the American Diabetes Association (http://main.diabetes.org/goto/kris_evers).
