It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Lutgardis (Lut) Olenzek-Goeyvaerts on September 17, 2017 at 80 years of age in Warren, Michigan. Our mother was born in Berlaar, Belgium on February 14, 1937. Lutgardis was preceded in death by her husband Herbert, her mother and father Evelyn (Van Hout) and Juliaan Goeyvarerts. Our mother is survived by her daughters and their husbands, Jackie and David Fershin and Kelly and John Gallesero. Grandsons Aaron and Jack Gallerso and Sean Fershin. Brothers and sister in laws Reinhart (Ron) and Marylyn Goeyvaerts, Frank and Ruthann Goeyvaerts. Sister and brother-in-law Yolanda and Jim Julien. Nieces and Nephews: Goeyvaerts- Susan, Steve, Julie, Elizabeth, Frank, and Bridget. Julien-Jimmy (deceased), Douglas, Laura and Julie. First cousins: Marcela, Rina, Leona (deceased), Mark, Paul, Luc, Ludo, Louis, Diana-Mary, Mary-Margaret, Celeste, Eleanor, James, Geralyn, John and Joseph.
