Malcolm Hughesdon

Malcolm Hughesdon of Plymouth, MI., age 80, passed away peacefully on Septemeber 4, 2026.

Beloved husband of the late Linda (Labenz) Hughesdon. Loving father of Scott (Amy) Hughesdon and Kimberly (Tom) Mitchell. Granddad of Paul, Rachel, Olivia, Abby, Callum, Brogan and Eliza, Lauren and Joshua. Great granddad of Clara, Luca and Evren. Brother of the late David Hughesdon.

Born and raised in England, Malcolm spent his career with British Airways following his passion for Aeronautical Engineering. He worked first as an Apprentice in London graduating from the 4-year program. Then worked out of JFK International Airport for 16 years, and finishing his career at Detroit Metro Airport before retirement. Always lending a hand to family and friends, whoever needed something fixed, repaired or assembled, Malcolm was generous with both his time and expertise.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
