Obituary of Margaret Horvath

Marge Horvath, devoted wife of the late Joseph Horvath. Loving mother of Valerie (Donald) Shaeffer & Laura (Brett) Kach. Dear sister of Shirley Hall.

She provided 30 years of service with the Wyandotte Public Schools. Maggie started working for WPS as a lunch room aide at Washington Elementary School in 1976. In 1977/1978 she became the Better Start/Preschool (and later Developmental Kindergarten) Aide at McKinley Elementary School until 1985. In 1985, she was promoted to Clerk at Bacon Memorial Public Library which was part of WPS at that time. She worked at Bacon until 1993. In 1994 she became the Secretary at Madison School until she retired in 2006. Memorial service Friday, May 20 9:30AM until time of service at 10AM at St. Vincent Pallotti Church, St. Joseph Catholic Church 334 Elm St., Wyandotte, MI 48192
