Obituary of Maria Silverston

Grosse Pointe Shores Resident Maria Silverston, 69, passed away early on Monday June 19, 2017. She was born December 20, 1947 in Krakow, Poland. She retired from a lifelong career at Chrysler in 2007. Maria loved gardening and travel and above all enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was well known for her strength and her generosity; always helping others who needed it. Maria is survived by her husband of 48 years, Alan Silverston and their two daughters, Jennifer Suzanne and Amy Maria.
