Bollinger, Palmer C., age 79, April 20, 2017, of Lansing. Beloved husband of Norma. Dear father of Stephen (Elizabeth), and grandfather of Jeffrey. A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, May 23, 2017, at 2pm, at the Grand Haven Living Center, 3145 West Mt. Hope Rd., Lansing, MI 48911. The family suggests donations to the Capital Area Humane Society in Lansing, MI.
