Obituary of Peter S Davis

Peter S. Davis, 93, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2017, peacefully in the comfort of his own home. Peter was the devoted husband to the late Juliana (Nee Baker) of 48 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Peter and Louise Davidovich, his sister Anna, brother Daniel, and daughter Laurie. Survived by son in-law Louis (Laurie), son Jeffrey, the loved Grandfather of Sedona, Skye, Samantha (Niels), Stephanie (Patrick), and Jack. the cherished great-grandfather of Henry, and Olivia, the beloved uncle of John, Robert, and James Davidovich. Mr. Davis was a World War II Veteran, European Theater, 289th Army Combat Engineer Battle, retired automotive engineer, Graduate of Wayne State University, Detroit Michigan. His Hobbies included having a passion for jazz music. He was often a volunteer at the Detroit Jazz Festival. He was also a restaurant trained chef who loved to cook elaborate meals for his family, and friends.
