Loving step-father of Marlon(Elaine) Howes,Joey (Patty) Locklear and Regina Locklear (Bret).Brother of Ron, Roy Howes and Robin Bogacz. Wonderful grandfather of 19 and Great grandfather of 16.
He will be missed and loved.
