Robert J. Bell, age 87, November 2, 2011, of Warren. Loving father of Michael Bell. Dear grandfather of Eric, Joel (Lisa) and Jill Ruhlman, and great grandfather of Nick. Robert was preceded in death by his daughter, Judith Ruhlman. Mr. Bell was a veteran of WWII.
