Obituary of Rodney Stephen Niemi

On September 11, 2016 Rodney Stephen Niemi answered the summon of his Creator and succumbed to complications of open heart surgery at 8:52 pm.

Rodney leaves behind his loving and devoted wife, Andrea (Parran), Beloved children Tyler 19, Corey 14, Britney 13, and step-children Brett 19 and Faith 12. Also left to mourn his passing are Parents, Gregory and Shawn Ann Niemi, Grandfather Peter A. Niemi (90) and Parents -in - law, Billy and Becky Seymoure. Relatives include Michael and Nancy Niemi, Anthony Niemi, Deborah (Mitchell) and Carol (Batton).

Rodney was born in Pontiac, Michigan on November 29, 1974. He was a graduate of East Detroit High School.

Rodney will be missed and remembered for his giving nature, compassion, and genuine concern for others.

A Memorial church service Will be held on October 15, 2016 at Celtic Presbyterian Church located on 10 Mile S.W. of Hoover, at 11:00 am. A Lunching will follow service.
