Obituary of Ruth Reidel Moore

Ruth Moore, age 90 of Grosse Pointe Farms, passed away July 31, 2010 after a lengthy illness. Born in Columbus, Ohio on June 27, 1920. Wife of the late Dwight Moore, mother of Richard Moore (Betsy) of Fairfield Glades, Tn, Sandra Barry (Edward) of Clarkston, Mi., Helen VanDyke (Bob) of Gulf Shores, Alabama, also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Ruth was an active member of the Grosse Pointe Woods Presbyterian Church. She was a wonderful artist and her biggest regret in aging was that she could no longer drive her car. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's association or Grosse Pointe Woods Presbyterian Church. A Memorial service will be held in the Fall at Grosse Pointe Woods Presbyterian Church with the date as of yet not determined.
