Obituary of Sharon Rose Carlsen

Carlsen, Rose Sharon, age 83 passed away peacefully at her home in Grosse Pointe Woods on June 12, 2015. Beloved wife of the Late Ronald. Loving Mother of five, Colleen (Dwayne) Berger, Daniel (deceased), Timothy(Colette), Lorna (Garry) Fletcher, and Patrick (Jill). Grandmother of 14. Sharon was born in Detroit, attended Dominican High School and earned a Masters Degree from Wayne State University. Sharon taught Home Economics and was a stay at home mother to her children. She was an avid quilter, creating over 60 quilts, many of which were award winning.
