She steadfastly remained a resident of Dearborn for over 100 years. She graduated in 1936 from Dearborn High School. She was an avid reader until her last months, often reading a book a day. She and her husand George loved travel, especially to the educational Elderhostels and other places that fed her endless curiosity for life.

She is preceeded in death by her beloved husband, George Ebling, Jr. (2008), her son, George "Rusty" Ebling III (2021) and her devoted daughter-in-law Stephanie Ebling (2008). Her only and very dear sister was Jeanne Howard Stokes (2004).
The family wishes to thank all the caregivers, friends and family who visited and cared for her in her later years; Don, Valerie, Belinda, Barbara, Cheryl, Edwina, Nan, and the wonderful staff at Corewell Commons.
