Obituary of William Knox

William C. Knox, born March 6, 1925, age 88, passed peacefully at the John Dingell Veterans Hospital May 30, 2013. Wounded veteran of the Battle of the Bulge, retired mechanical engineer and antiques dealer. Mr. Knox leaves a son, Yancey Knox and two daughters, Shelley Russo and family and Angela Knox and family and granddaughter Lorrie Hoefing Colburn along with a brother Frank Robinson. Also, very long time friends Dan Arthur, Cleon Chase and Gary Schack. Mr. Knox had many friends in the antiques business and interior design. He will be greatly missed. Our great thanks goes to the wonderfully kind care Mr. Knox was given at the Veterans Hospital facility. Interment will be July 3, 2013 at the Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, Michigan.
